Services of the Vienna Convention Bureau

• We help you to choose the perfect location for your event in Vienna
• We reserve the required hotel room allocations for your event
• We put you in contact with the local service providers
• We ensure that Vienna is successful in its bid to host your event, we design bid books and PowerPoint presentations
• We are happy to arrange site inspections according to your requirements
• Under certain conditions, we offer financial support for international association meetings held in Vienna in July and August, and from November through to March
• We provide you as a planner and your delegates with free of charge promotional material such as brochures, videos, digital pictures and city maps
• We publicise your event free of charge in the online Vienna convention calendar
