Beer brewing workshop
After a tour of the brewery, you will get down to work planning and preparing the raw materials. Next up, the production cycle begins in earnest in the brewhouse, starting with mashing and boiling the grain. The resulting mix is then taken to the fermentation cellar to cool and ferment. A short class to teach participants to distinguish between different varieties and identify their properties is followed by an extensive tasting session.
