We require your name, e-mail address, language (information to be provided in your language), classification of your activities, and country in order to deliver the newsletter/contact you as a lead. If you give your consent to be contacted directly by the Vienna Convention Bureau or its partner agencies, please also specify the name of your company and your position. 

Your data will be saved in our database and deleted or anonymized if you withdraw your consent. We process your data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 
You can withdraw your consent at any time. The easiest way to do this is by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter e-mail.
If you would like to withdraw your consent to be contacted directly, please write to us at convention@vienna.info. 

We will not forward your data to third parties, except in the cases specified in the privacy notice , e.g. storage of your data by a processor, or to enable the Vienna Convention Bureau or its partner agencies to contact you, provided you have given your consent.
